Memphis Tigers and Kroger fight hunger

The University of Memphis and Kroger are teaming up to fight hunger in the Mid-South. The Zero Waste Game is presented by Kroger, it features discounted tickets selling for $10, with $1 of each ticket going to Mid-South Food Bank.
$1 will provide 3 meals for families fighting hunger in the Mid-South.
The fight against hunger will be for the Tigers' opening game against Nicholls on Saturday, Sept. 17 against Arkansas State at 6 p.m. at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium.
The goal is to provide 10,000 meals .
Fans can purchase the $10 tickets online at GoTigersGo.com/Kroger or by scanning the QR codes that will be at all Mid-South area Kroger locations. For questions, call the University of Memphis ticket office at 901-678-2331.
