The 10th Annual AKF Partnership Walk happens Sunday, Oct. 21, at Cox Park (474 Itawamba Rd., Collierville, TN 38017) in Collierville. The 5K Walk/Run and Color Run, benefitting the Aga Khan Foundation, and Mid-South Food Bank, opens for registration at 8 a.m.
Make plans to attend the event and bring food donations or make financial one to Mid-South Food Bank. Preferred items include peanut butter, cans of vegetables/fruits (in own juices)/assorted meats. Every $5 donation generates 15 meals through MSFB.
Activies for the entire family include:
Multicultural entertainment; silent auction; Interactive Village in Action; Virtual Realty stations; Henna Tattoo; a Food Truck Rally – MemPops, Crepe Maker, Brown’s Fish & Chicken, Boars Night Out BBQ & more.
